I’m Z, a Christchurch tattoo artist specialising in black and grey realism, coverups and large scale pieces. I’ve recently returned to New Zealand after doing most of my tattooing overseas, and now work from Astoria Ink in the city centre. I’ve spent years creating large pieces and working with clients as their tattoos grow into connected sleeves and bigger projects. I enjoy understanding your vision and bringing it from an idea, through the design process, onto your skin, with artwork that flows naturally with your body. I work with fixed pricing and clearly defined panels so you can budget with confidence. My consultation quotes stay close to my price list. Once we agree on a price, I stick to it, so there are no surprises at the end.
